You can use your regular T-shirt size as a guide when choosing your jersey size. If you're between sizes or unsure about your fit, contact us before ordering.

Returns and exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase may be required.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Customized jerseys

Jerseys customized with a name, number or other personalised details cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged, or Fantier made an error with the customization.

Sizing

Please confirm your size before ordering. Choosing the wrong size does not automatically qualify an item for a refund. Where an exchange is approved, the item must satisfy the return conditions and additional delivery costs may apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing time after approval may also depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Return delivery

If a return is required because Fantier supplied the wrong, damaged or defective item, Fantier will cover the reasonable return delivery cost. For approved returns or exchanges resulting from the customer's selection, including ordering the wrong size, delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.

Requesting a return

Contact Fantier on WhatsApp with your order details, reason for the request and supporting photos where applicable. Wait for confirmation before sending an item back.
